BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
YUM! YUM! YUM! The night before I wanted to make this for dinner, I massaged the pork (I used top loin roast) with a little bit of butter and a pork rub. I popped it in the refrigerator and put it in the crockpot the next morning. I added a 14 oz can of beef broth, set the temp on low and let it do its thing. When I picked it up with a pair of tongs, it fell apart! So good and incredibly easy. Will be making this over and over again.
