Artichoke, Cheese and Olive Antipasto
Liked this recipe overall, but think I will choose a different cheese next time.

Lori's Beef and Spaghetti Macaroni
Added extra macaroni and spices. Used a mexican cheese blend that I had on hand. My kids (2 & 4) are picky eaters and I heard "a-licious" and "this is yummy" from them.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I made this according to the modifications (doubled sauce, golden mushroom, a bit of sour cream). This wasn't bad but it wasn't what I was expecting. I'll look for something more traditional- with sour cream, not cream cheese. If I had followed the original directions and had the same result, I'd give it a 2.
