Reading and collecting cookbooks is my favorite pastime. I enjoy baking and trying anything new. My family loves Italian food. Baking cookies for my grandchildren. Cookie swaps at Christmas Everything I cook that gets compliments, be it a difficult recipe or something added to spice up a weekday meal. Crunchy spagetti.....the first time I cooked a spaghetti dinner after I was married.....needless to say, they don't complain now!
