Caribbean Grilled Crab Cakes
These were delicious...kinda changed the spices cuz I didnt add the hot sauce but I used a little cayenne and papricka. Also added a lil dijon mustard. Soooo good on the grill!

Bacon Roll Ups II
Made these for Fathers Day...they were very good. Gone really quick! :) I used cream cheese and a little bit of sour cream mixed together with some garlic and lots of black pepper.. Brioled the bacon a lil first so they wouldnt be so greasy. Very good and easy to make.
