Banana Pudding IV
My family loves this recipe. Especially the kids, and I have made it every Thanksgiving and Christmas for the past few years. One year I made it with boxed Banana pudding and no one liked it. So I went back to Vanilla Pudding and everyone was happy. So I stick to the recipe as written. No tweaking.

Easy Stroganoff
Easy fast comfort food. A bit bland but actually the kids like it that way and and the grownups can add extra seasoning to taste. I did use more sour cream than the recipe called for and a little bit more garlic. Still everyone was happy with the dish. No leftovers.

Chocolate Glaze II
Very good. I used an extra tbsp. of butter and an extra tbsp. of milk to get the right consistancy. Excellent taste, smooth and satiny. A keeper.
