Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa
Way too sweet. It did taste good and I'm sure as an appetizer, having 1 or 2 pieces, it would be wonderful but to eat it as others have suggested (which is how we had it) on rice we all thought it was way too sweet. I had read the reviews saying it was too sweet and others saying it was perfect so instead of the whole cup I used 3/4c brown sugar. I will make this again but with 1/4c brown sugar to be eaten as a meal and maybe 1/2c as an appetizer.

Chicken Wing Dip
I made this exactly as written for a birthday party and it was very good but IMO alittle too thick. The very next day I made it for sunday football and instead of using 2 packages of cream cheese I used 1 package and 8 ounces of sour cream; perfect texture! I've also since have been using 1/2 cup ranch dressing along with 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing. I find that kids don't care much for all blue cheese but without the blue cheese it feels like something is missing.

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad
I made this today and it was delicious. Although I only used half the oil (I tasted the dressing after mixing it and it tasted too oily to me so I doubled the vinegar and sugar. The ingredients reminded me of German Potato salad which I absolutely love so I added a pinch of celery seed and 2 slices of bacon which I cooked til crisp, drained and crumbled. I'm not sure how much the celery seed changed the taste of the recipe but I think the bacon made the recipe that much better.
