About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
My cooking tragedies happen regularly. My big downfall is time management. I ruin meals by not paying attention to the clock. If I ever get that under control, there will be no stopping me.

Sangria! Sangria!
This Stuff is Fantastic! I followed the recipe. Put in lots of fruit, let it set over night, added ginger ale right before I served it. It was a huge hit. Even my mom, who doesn't drink much liked it.

Reuben Sandwich II
we really liked these. I did use thousand Island dressing for the sauce though.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
Our Family Loves this Salmon dish. It is very flavorful. It is also great for those who don't think they like fish. We eat this one atleast once a month. I make it just as the recipe calls. The flavors work very well together.
