Chocolate Snowballs
I was not too fond of this recipe. It was not as sweet as I thought it should be. I was not alone either, my entire family thought they were a little too bitter. Needles to say I had about 5 dozen leftover cookies that ended up in the trash. Very disappointing.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I followed the directions exactly and at the end of the 2.5 hours my roast was only at 120 degrees so I turned the oven back on and finished it up. It was, however, a lot more tender than I know this cut of meat to usually be so I thought maybe one of my kids may have poked their nose in the oven and let some heat out. Not sure and they deny it. I will definitely try it again and maybe next time keep a closer eye on the oven.
