Mini Cheesecakes I
A great starting point for as many variations as you can think of! I don't crush the wafers; instead I place two in the bottom. It's less messy and saves time. Just remember to tap out any air bubbles. Also, ALWAYS use the foil liners! Otherwise you'll end up with more cheesecake on the liner than in your mouth :)

Brown Sugar Smokies
This has always been a hit whenever I've made it. Make plenty because it disappears fast!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I followed the advice of the other reviewers, and increased the baking soda. I increased flour by 1/4c and grinded down 1/2c oats in a mini food chopper to add to the flour. I think it really made a huge difference in the texture and taste of the cookie! Sticking the dough in the fridge really helps out a lot with the spreading.
