These cookies are incredible! They were hit! I made these cookies two days ago and only crumbs are left! I followed the instructions as is! The only thing i did differently was instead of 1 1/2 cup of white sugar, I did 3/4 brown sugar and 3/4 white sugar! I definite must try! You won't be disappointed! They are so soft and chewy! Yummyyyy!!!!!

My "I don't eat dessert Fiance" ate three cookies in one sitting. They were a hit, between him and my also pickey brother, they ate all the cookies in one sitting. Easy recipe to make, and a def keeper! Cookies were very chewey and soft. The only thing i did different was i used one cup of sugar. Def will make these again!!!!

This is the second year my very old fashion italian mom has used this recipe! Colleen we love it! It's so yummie. My mom usually adds the pineapple juice to the water in pan. A must try recipe!!!!
