Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
big crowd pleaser! I browned a tube of bob evans sausage and added to the (warm) pot the sour cream, cheese, and soup.. stired it up and mixed it with a bag of frozen hash browns... baked it for an hour and YUMMMMM~~~

Chili Dog Casserole II
this was pretty good, not great.. but not bad considering how easy it was to make. little bland.
