Chow Mein Noodle Casserole
My mom used to make something like this when I was a kid. She called it "hamburger casserole." I've never had it with the soy sauce, it was very good.

Zucchini in Sour Cream Sauce
This is one of my favorite recipes on the site. This is so creamy and good. I like to serve it over shake 'n bake chicken. I could eat this every day.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
The sauce had the best flavor, and the meat was tender enough to cut with a fork. Will definitely make again.
