Indian Tandoori Chicken
Delicious- only marinated 6 hours- can imagine it must be divine marinated longer. Was going to use leftovers to make Indian Butter Chicken- but ended up using the few leftovers I did have to make a spectacular and full of flavor chicken salad for lunch the next day.

Chole Saag
This was decent if you followed directions exactly, but it needs to be cooked longer than "heated through". Per another recipe on this site, the next day I heated up a little additional butter and added more garlic and 2 teaspoons of red curry powder- then added the previously cooked saag. I added a cup of chicken stock and cooked for a long time (?- 1 hour?) and at the end added about 1/4 cup of plain yogurt. THIS I could eat every day- it was delicious.

Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Really, really bland- was very surprised at all of the good reviews. I had high hopes for this recipe. I am trying to decide what to add to make this edible for my family- we like spices. I took two bites and couldn't eat anymore. Sorry. This needs work.
