I am a working mom to a beautiful boy, Nikolas. He is my favorite partner for cooking, I even have a little apron for him. I love cooking and my husband has loved it since I decided to make it my hobby, because he knows I will be making new things and trying new recipes. He is my biggest cooking fan and gives me a ton of confidence. I love baking so much. I have a knack for it. My specialties are cupcakes, banana bread, pine apple carrot cake, pumpkin cheesecake and smores cheesecake bites. I love the holidays that is when I bring a new dish and an old favorite to a family members house or host at my house. Its funny because our family now expects and looks forward to my new dish each year and they can't wait for me to serve it. It is so encouraging. I made my smores cheesecake bites for a family members super bowl party, I made 75 of them and they were gone in an hour. That made me feel really great. This is an easy one to answer, tuna casserole! Oh it was the most disgusting thing I have ever made.
