Creamy Chicken Spread
I've been making this recipe for about 3 years. Every time I've made it, I've gotten compliments. The only thing I do differently is... after I make the soup mixture, I mix everything together with a mixer so the chicken chunks aren't so big, it sort-of shreds the chicken. It's a big hit with my family and co-workers!

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
I've been making this broccoli salad for almost 3 years for parties and gatherings. The first time I made it, the pepper was overwhelming, so I made another batch to add to it, but excluded the pepper, and it turned out great! So now when I make it, I always make a double batch, but only use 1 tsp. of pepper. Everyone loves it and always asks me for the recipe.
