Flourless Chocolate Cake II
I made this last nite for my friend's birthday. Most recipies for flourless chocolate cake look really hard, but that's what he wanted...then i found this one! I used a 9 in springform pan, so the 30 min bake time was perfect. I used semisweet chocolate chips instead of squares, but that seemed to work well. I'm not a big flourless cake fan but the birthday guy loved it and so did our other roomie! I reccomend this it was very easy.

Very soft, almost looks uncooked but its not. Yummy though! The whole batch gets eaten in about a day!

Trinidad Pelau
We didn't like this recipie. I had to use a different type of bean, because i couldnt find this one in our stores, and the beef i used was very bad, so don't take my word as absolute. The recipie might come out better for someone else. I think it could have used some more liquid in it though as well.
