Baked Honey Nut Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
This was sooooo good! The only changes that I made were to add onion powder & garlic powder to both the egg/honey mixture & the pecan/breadcrumb mixture. Oh, and I used boneless chicken thighs, because it was what I had on hand. Hubby says nothing needs to be changed...it was perfect as is. It's a definite do-over in our house. I can't wait for our daughters to come home from college so I can make it for them too! Thanks, Laura, for a delicious recipe!

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

I was getting together with friends & it wasn't even my turn to take the dessert, but I found this recipe & called my friend who was supposed to be bringing dessert & asked him if I could make this instead. They all raved about it! It was amazing! His dream is to eventually open a restaurant, & he said when that happens, I will be in charge of all desserts! He said this was the best thing he had ever eaten! I made no changes whatsoever to this recipe & it was perfect! I will make this again & again!!! Yummmmmmmm!!!!!

These are soooo delish!!! I have made these several times & I always get so many compliments on them! I have used smoked sausage and ham, in addition to the bacon & ground beef. Just so yummy!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
I make this all the time & have passed the recipe on many times. The only things I do differently are: season the flour with garlic or onion powder; fry the chops until they are a golden brown & put the onions on the bottom of the skillet, under the chops, they get really carmelized. This is my favorite way to have pork chops! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
