Raspberry and Strawberry Buckle
First buckle cake I've made and tasted wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly as posted (minus the strawberries.. did not have them on hand.) As we waited for it in the oven, the aroma of baked raspberries filled our apartment. The cake was moist and very easy to make! Thanks for posting! :)

Spooky Witches Fingers
This recipe deserves 5 STARS! I made these last night and brought them to the office for my co-workers and let's just say I'm the star of the day! Everyone is raving and talking about how realistic they look. I substituted Strawberry jam and did not use wax paper to roll the cookie. Instead I rolled them in my hands. I also added half a cup of regular sugar for sweetness. They taste amazing and are the best Halloween cookies! Thanks for the recipe!:)

Amber's Sesame Chicken
GREAT recipe!! I did change it up a little because I did not have some ingridients. I marinated the chicken in Oriental Marinade that I found at my local Tesco. Then I only added abt half a teaspoon of 5spice because this spice is overpowering. The flour had difficulties ahering to the chicken. Not exactly sure how to fix this problem. I got the chicken crispy by leaving it in the wok for about 10mins mixing it occasionally. I added various veggies such as carrots and red peppers. I didn't have any teryaki sauce so i added extra soysauce and just a tablespoon of hoison sauce. Don't forget the honey!! I also sprinkled sesame seeds in the end. Served it over white long rice.
