Shrimp Scampi V

I printed this recipe in 2005 and tried several other shrimp scampi recipes here and there. This is by far, the BEST one yet (delicious). I mix the drained pasta into the large shrimp mixture saucepan before I transfer it to my large pasta serving bowl.

Bourbon Chicken

This is a sure winner; I made this dish for company and it is always delicious. I baste every 15 minutes after the first half hour in the oven.

Kelli's Baked Halibut

I followed the recipe to the T. There is way too much flour and saltine crackers called for. No grease or butter is suggested to prepare the baking dish. It was not crusty or crispy. Somewhat of a disappointment. Thank you.
