I'm 23 years old; I'm a full-time wife, mom, homemaker and teacher extraordinaire! I'm married to the love of my life, Tom, and we have three wonderful children. We're very involved in our church and Bible study group. My instrests are cooking, entertaining, photography, reading, running, family night, our Bible study group, knitting, internet and blogging. I love baking- bread, cookies, pies, muffins... I can't live without my homemade carbs! :) Sugar cookies and eggnog for Christmas, breakfast in bed for birthdays, cheesecake surpreme for my husband's birthday, pumpkin pie - a recipe that has been handed three generations - for Thanksgiving... and so many more! Having my daughter tell me "Mommy, you're the greatest cooker in the whole world!" I take pride in the fact that I'm known for my cooking and everyone loves my pies. :) I tried to surprise my husband with a special mushroom chicken dish that I'd never made before. It had a citrus glaze and he hated it so much it was all he could do not to throw up! After that he forbade me to make anything with orange juice concentrate except juice!
