Flatlander Chili

This is awesome! I cooked the meat first and then cooked in the crock pot for 6 hours. I added V8 and diced tomatoes and kidney/black beans at the end.

Rotisserie Chicken

Wonderful! I attribute most of it to the excellent grilling skills of my husband. The skin was just crispy enough and the meat was moist. We put onions/garlic inside the cavity and then put a drip pan with some apple juice in it under the bird to catch everything. So delicious!

English Trifle to Die For

Yummy! Doubled the custard recipe and used fresh berries. Didn't use much whipped cream, but added a small amount of sugar to what I did make! Definatly will make this again!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

used panko crumbs and melted the butter and added the crumbs to the melted buter...then layered on top of the mustard...it was a big hit and I loved the crunchy top layer!

Mother's Pot Roast

This was very yummy. I seasoned the roast with seasoning salt and added some carrots about 1/2 way through. Served with fresh corn and brocoli over couscous!

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

my husband and i have been wanting a pineapple curry recipe for awhile now, this came close to our favorite back in Pittsburgh, PA. I used about 4 TBSP of red curry paste and only 1 TBSP of fish sauce, left out the sugar and added the pineapple juice and some cornstarch. It needed some chili oil for the heat we like, but it was great. Added more fresh veggies. yum!

Cheesy Pork Chops with Spicy Apples
