Very good says my husband! He requested a breakfast casserole and said it was fabulous!! I am not an egg person but I did taste it and thought it was good but really not my thing. I have made this for him twice now. Well done.

FABULOUS!!! These are sooo yummy! I made these on halloween and brought them to work. They were gone in minutes. They were so soft. I ran out of vanilla without realizing beofre I started and you couldn't even tell I didn't add it. I am making another batch today to take to the inlaws they will love them. I did take one piece of advice form another person they are definetly better chilled they are good warm and room temp but the flavor enhances somehow when chilled slightly.

Ok so I made this for my husband, I am not a imitation crab kinda person but this is really good. I made a few adjustments I omitted the peas because he doesn't like them and added green onions. I added just a little more mayo and also added a touch of old bay seasoning. I will be making this again for him and myself and I will have some peas on the side for me!!
