Easy, healthy and quick for busy family. Followed another posters suggestion of adding broccoli for extra veggie serving... worked well. I used whole wheat Penne pasta and diced tomatoes. Followed recipe nearly exact with a little seasoning (fresh basil and ground pepper) to taste.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This was an excellent Chili that I made for last year's Super Bowl party. Because it does have a bit of bite, I toned it down a little for those who can't take it. *Changed the name too... Not a Purdue/Purdon't fan.

Swiss Vegetable Medley

As others have said, I too have made this recipe for years. The recipe was passed to me by my husband's aunt to serve at a family gathering. I mix it up with both fresh and frozen vegetables, use lite sour cream and have reduced the fat and sodium over the years. I haven't ever used pimento, however. It still tastes great and is often requested by friends and family.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

As mentioned in the title of the recipe, tastes just like Jalapeno Poppers that you order in a restaurant. Great for a football party on a chilly day!
