Burnt Butter Rice

Really good, but looks rather "iffy" while you're making it. Not diet food for sure, but a real nice, easy side dish.

This bread is yummy! I made it in a bundt pan, and I only baked it about 45min. Next time I will decrease cooking time by a few minutes and add walnuts. I will definitely use this recipe again and again. Thanks.

Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies

I just made these cookies and they turned out great!! I made a couple changes. I added about a tsp of cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg to the flour mixture, and I substituted raisins for the butterscotch chips. With my husband and two boys, I know they won't last long. Thanks!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I loved this cornbread, and so did my husband and kids. I did decrease the sugar. I made too much, but it was delicious in the morning topped with butter and maple syrup.
