Basil Cream Chicken

Everyone in my family loved it. Did not have any cream, so I used skim milk instead and just thickened it with a bit of flour(dissolve about a tablespoon of flour into 1 cup of milk before adding to sauce). Also added about 1/2 tsp garlic powder and used dried basil. Served over homemade noodles (what an experiment!) DELICIOUS!
