Cranberry Wassail
Delicious! My oranges sort of disentengrated, maybe I let it simmer too long, but it didn't seem to matter, I strained it and it was very delicious!

Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Garlic
I just made this and loved it. I added shredded mozzerella cheese just before serving, and it was perfect. Next time I will probably use less garlic though. Yummy!
