Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Fantastic recipe! My entire family LOVED it! We have made it many times and here are a few of our misadventures. Don't over marinade! 30 minutes is all you need the texture of the chicken will change if you go too long (from the acidity of the lemon I think). Fresh rosemary is the only way to go...it tastes completely different with dried rosemary. We forgot fresh one time and were very disappointed with the dried version. For some reason the way to get the best taste is on the BBQ, we tried other ways of making it and it was not as good. Don't mess with the original recipe, it is really awesome the way it is!
