This chili was the best! I replaced the ground turkey with boca crumbles, and replaced one of the cans of tomato soup with a can of rotel and a small can of tomato paste. One of the cans of kidney beans I had were actually chili beans (which I think means they were like Ranch-style beans). I don't know if that made a difference but this chili was so great!! We added fritos and sour cream, and my 7 yr old ate 3 bowls! Not only did she like it, but my husband devoured enough of it on chili dogs that I had to fight for the last of it! The boca crumbles were almost indistinguishable from beef, and in our opinion better than turkey. I will be making this alot to get us thru the cold Minnesota winter, thanks for the great recipe!

This recipe couldn't have been easier! I followed the recipe exactly and my 7 year old ate 3 helpings! Venison always sits in our freezer because I am too lazy to do all the weird things people recommend to get rid of the gamey flavor, but this recipe was sooooo easy that I will probably make it again soon. Thanks for the simple easy dinner idea!!
