Sauerkraut-Stuffed Slow-Cooked Pork Roast
Very good and juicy. I used a whole big jar of claussen sauerkraut. I've made it a couple of times.

Ranch Dressing II
Loved this dressing. I did follow the advice of others and used 1/2 cup each of mayo, sour cream and buttermilk. I added a little extra garlic and dill. Very tasty. Will definately make this again!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops
This was really good and the beer made them very juicy. I only gave it 4 stars because we didn't like it with the steak seasoning on it. We will most definately make this again but will use either hickory salt or just salt and pepper.
