Sophie's Zucchini Bread
This is my kids most requested quick bread. I have added things occasionally (nuts, raisins, choc chips) but like it plain the best. I also never have drained my fresh zucchini- never had a problem. Frozen shreds- yes I do drain.

Soft Sugar Cookies I
Really good recipe. I will omit the nutmeg next time. I loved it. The kids didn't but requested them again "plain". I did add more flour but I only rolled them into balls and pressed with a glass to flatten slightly.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough
This is a fabulous pizza crust recipe- I did add over a cup of flour. DH loved it- told me it was the best homemade pizza he ever had. I did prebake 5 minutes before topping. I would divide it next time or make it into a sheet pizza. A Keeper!!
