Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
I love this recipe and for a twist I also add 1 cup of salted peanuts, 1 cup of raisins, and about 3 to 4 cups of tiny pretzel twists. You have to use a huge bowl, I use 1 entire bag of chocolate chips and 1 cup of peanut butter melted together in the microwave. You can buy very large plastic ziploc bags ( 2-3 gallon size) to mix the chocolate with the powdered sugar. Yummy!! It is an awesome Christmas gift, just fill a large coffee mug with the puppy chow and wrap with some colored celophane and a ribbon!

Candy Cane Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2005
This is so easy and tastes great also!! I made this one time, and have had 5 people ask for the recipe! Cut the recipe in half, use a round cake pan, using the empty can of condensed milk in the middle put the fudge around the can and you can make a wreath and decorate it. So easy and beautiful.

Almond Pound Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2005
I made this recipe without the marzipan, just as a simple pound cake. It was really easy to put together, and I didn't cook it the full 60 minutes either. Great for a fast pound cake!!
