Cinnamon Snack Mix
This is really good! i had to bake it a little longer, and some of my raisins turned out pretty dark, but still delicious. next time im going to add some pretzel sticks for a little bit of something salty.

Uglies
these were delicious! and ugly! i used boca crumbles instead of ground beef, and added a little celery and tomato. i will definatly make these more often.

Sinless Mississippi Sin
i thought this was pretty good. i used pumpernickel instead of sourdough bread. and yes white chedder is very available in the cheese state, you just have to look for it! (see below)
