Pineapple Layer Cake

This cake is very good. Although personally, i would double the ingredients for the filling, and not put any walnuts. I will try it like that next time.

I don't know what happened with this, but the pie filling became very hard and caramelly after it was cooled. Also, it was overflowing from the pie crust so that made a huge mess! It tasted good but does not look good at all.Not the best sugar pie I've made, and I'm from Quebec! :)

Fabulous Oatmeal-Bran Cake

Very good! I baked this one in a tub cake pan and it came out really nice and moist. Don't even need any icing on it, it's good fresh and warm.

Raisin Peanut Butter Bran Cookies

These are good cookies. But, they should be baked around 10 minutes, most of my cookies burnt. I had to through half of them away, but for the ones that didn't burn, they were pretty tasty!
