Braised Balsamic Chicken
Prior to making this recipe I was seen as a pretty good cook. Now though you may refer to me as a domestic goddess because this recipe was simply divine. As others suggested I used a tad less balsamic vinegar, cut my chicken into bite size pieces, browned my chicken/onion/bell pepper(added a 1/4 cup bp) with white wine, and added minced garlic to tomato mixture. I added cooked white rice to the mixture which absorbed additional sauce. (If you do this only use enough white rice to absorb sauce or it will be too dry.) I am new to cooking and this recipe was easy. Thanks!!!
