It was wonderful. I used medium Old El Paso salsa and threw everything in the rice cooker and it was all ready! I didn't even bother to fry the rice.

Extra Easy Hummus

I would not make this again. The cumin was too overpowering and the consistency wasn't like hummus either. It was also very unappealing.
