Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches
They get a little mushy...but they are delicious if you can avoid that or handle it.

Special Buttercream Frosting
Very easy to make and perfect consistency for frosting cakes, piping details, and frosting cupcakes or cookies! Mmmm! As a personal preference I use butter instead of shortening.

Lemony Grape Cooler
this was very good! everyone really like how beautiful the presentation was. i lemons and grapes in the frozen ring. it gave more color contrast, and visually explains the flavors, too.
