Irish Lamb Stew
Fantastic! Followed the recipe to the tee and it turned out great. Leftovers the next night were as big a hit as the first night. I served it over potpie noodles for lunch the following day and it was better yet.

Orange-Glazed Cornish Hens
We had a dinner party and everyone thought the hens were outstanding. The only thing I will change the next time I make this is I will add some mushrooms to the filling.
