Nancy's Chicken in Puff Pastry
I felt there was WAY too much cream cheese in each of the puffs. BTW, I also cooked the chicken all the way through before putting them in the oven.

Peppermint Meringues
Not sure if I did something wrong, but these never puffed up for me. They were still tasty though.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
I made this for a work function and everyone raved about it. The only change I made was medium sausage instead of bacon.
