This is the EASIEST and best peach cobbler recipe EVER (and I have tried many)! This will become my standby!

I make it a point to avoid recipes that call for frying but this one just called out to me. I am dieting but I owed the kids and hubby a treat. Followed the recipe to a "T" but threw in some chopped black olives. The kids could not get enough (even the 2 picky ones). These came out like the kind the vendors sll in Mexico. Kids have this down as a favorite! Will definitely make again!

One word to describe this crust--FLAKY!!! My husband dug thru the garbage can looking for the package because he could not believe that I made this crust from scratch! This worked for savory (beef, broccoli, and cheese pie) as well as sweet (peach pie). Will use again and again!
