French Onion Soup V
I made this recipie with some left over prime rib added (about 6 oz) and it turned out great. If you don't have prime rib on hand, try some deli roast beef. I made it for my wife on Valentine's day and paier it with a salad, and it was the perfect mid winter dinner. I also substituted Gryere cheese instead of Mozerella for a bit more bite and a little less "stringyness".
