French Onion Soup V
I made this recipie with some left over prime rib added (about 6 oz) and it turned out great. If you don't have prime rib on hand, try some deli roast beef. I made it for my wife on Valentine's day and paier it with a salad, and it was the perfect mid winter dinner. I also substituted Gryere cheese instead of Mozerella for a bit more bite and a little less "stringyness".

Cold Melon Salsa
Every time I serve this, several people ask for the recipe. It is a great side for a summer cookout and is best if you make it ahead and chill over night so all the flavor mingle. Serve it immediately out of the fridge for a great hot and cold effect.

Mustard Cream Sauce
This is a quick and easy sauce which pairs nicely with Maryland Crab cakes. We tried it last night when my wife was going to adamantly serve Crab cakes plain, and she later admitted this added just to right touch.
