Enchilada Casserole III
So easy to make and so good. I did cheat and use canned enchilada sauce. If you use canned sauce, you'll probably need at least 20oz. or more. This is a new family favorite!

Authentic German Potato Salad
My husband has been begging me to make German Potato Salad for months...boy, this was worth the wait! It is so good and easy to make. This is definitely a keeper.

Butter Snow Flakes
This is the perfect recipe for a cookie press. Oh, they are so delicious. The dough is the perfect consistency every time. The recipe makes so many cookies, but I still need to double it in my house because they disappear so quickly! :o)
