Easy Apple Strudel
I followed this exactly except for the raisins because we aren't big fans. It was so easy to make and even better than apple pie. Looked gorgeous too!

Apple Butter Pork Loin
This came out excellent. I followed a lot of suggestions from other reviewers though. First, I used my slow cooker. I had a 2.5 lb pork loin (not tenderloin) that I seasoned with seasoned salt. I used apple cider instead of juice. I also added carrots and an apple to the slow cooker. I put the apple butter on top of the loin so it kept the moisture in. It cooked for about 9 hours on low (it could have come out sooner) and was very tender and tasty. Super easy! My husband LOVED it.

Pumpkin Roll Cake
This made an amazing dessert! It looked complicated, but was super easy to make. I went to a pumpkin party where everyone made something out of pumpkin, and this was a HUGE hit. I will say it made a smaller roll than I expected, but that could be due to the thickness of the sheet cake. CHANGES: I added about a 1/4 tsp all spice as well as 1/4 tsp ginger. I used parchment paper instead of wax paper and used confectioner's sugar liberally. This made the transfer with the towel very easy. NEXT TIME: I'll either double the filling recipe or add whipped cream to it just to make the filling more visible and light. Thanks for the recipe! I'll definitely make this again.
