delish! I cooked them a bit less to make them chewy, topped with sea salt they are amazing! I have made 6 batches in the last 3 weeks! I plan to make 2 more today!

I made them as written then I changed them! I used whole wheat flour & added chopped apples. The new recipe I made with a large ice cream scoop and we ate them as breakfast cookies. great for the kids as they are heading out the door to school!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

It was very good. I do not agree that it needs additional marinade as a sauce. It eas way to sweet to make a good sauce and just turned to caramel! I will make it again, with a single recipe only for the meat. If you do not over cook the meat, you will not need a sauce. Don't forget to let the meat rest for at least 10 minutes before you slice it or you will need a sauce!

The Best Lemon Bars

My lemons were very big, I had almost 1 cup of lemon juice. I added extra sugar and flour to make it no so liquid and sour.

Flank Steak Pinwheels

I made three of these. The first one per the menu, the second with the addition of a few stips of uncooked bacon to keep it moist, the third with the bacon and some mushrooms. All very good.

Mini Meatloaves

the recipe is good but as an under 300 calorie dish it falls short. A serving of meat is 4oz not 2oz. This recipe is great but it only serves 4 not 8

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

I have been making this popcorn for years! It is like Fiddle Faddle. I add a can of nuts to it the last time I shake it up! I made 4 batches at once and gave it away as christmas gifts!

Brownie Snack Cake

I made these and they were very Chocolaty. Too bitter on the deep chocolate taste and very dense. Too caky to be a brownie and too fudgie to be a cake.

Vegan Cupcakes

Very good recipe. I followed a reviewers suggestion and used the juice of 1 lemon then added almond milk to make 1 1/2 cups. I also used canola oil since that is what I had on hand. In place of the vanilla i used lemon extract that i found in my cabinet from another recipe. The cupcakes had a light lemon flavor but a great lemon scent. I think adding lemon zest to the batter may make for a more lemony flavor if that is something you are looking for. Although I am not a vegan I will make this recipe again if I find myself without eggs in my kitchen again!
