these beans are a great alternative to the same old way of cooking green beans...full of flavor so keep that in mind when your paring them with your meal...my husband and i loved them but my kids did not care for them

i have found my staple grilled shrimp marinade...this is fantastic...left overs (if any) make great additions to a tossed salad...i used about 3T of sun dried tomato paste instead of the tomato sauce just because i had it on hand

a very nice change...i used ground turkey instead of pork and you would have never noticed and skipped the water chestnuts and added shredded cabbage instead for crunch

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

amazing!...i never cooked a prime rib before--was a bit nervous because when i told family how i was cooking it they seems leary with the idea of a slow roast but it came out perfect!!....i put slits in the meat and placed whole cloves of garlic in them to add some more flavor before placing it in oven....you won't be dissappointed!
