Sweet Restaurant Slaw
This was very good. I cut the sugar in half as suggested by other posters (used Splenda) and cut the oil to 1 T. Excellent taste and still on the sweet side. Will probably cut the sugar down a little more next time. Will definitely make again.

Chicken In Sour Cream
Great recipe and easy to put together. I used fat free sour cream and soup to cut the fat and 2 T dehydrated onions in place of the soup mix to lower the sodium. Definitely a keeper.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
Filet mignon + balsamic vinegar seemed to be a no-brainer, but neither of us thought it was that great. Will stick to grilling them as usual. BTW, made exactly as written.
