Roast Leg of Lamb
we love lamb at our house. This was delicious and easy! Will do this over and over!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
very good! I didn't have an onion, so I used onion powder. I also added fresh basil. I blanched, peeled, and seeded the tomatoes before cooking, then put it all through the blender at the end because I didn't have a food mill. A bit labor intensive, but worth it!
