Sweet Potato Pie I
This was my first sweet potato pie, and it was FANTASTIC. I made a few changes-- I used slightly more of the spices than called for, used half & half instead of milk, used 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white (instead of all white), put in a little extra vanilla and threw in a couple tablespoons of flour to thicken things up. I made this for a work party and was told that I should sell these for a living. Wonderful! Thanks, Joyce!

Blue Cheese Burgers
Fan-freakin'-tastic. These are the best burgers I've ever had. I used more hot sauce and worcestershire sauce than the recipe called for, and slightly more blue cheese. Amazing. I'll make these again and again.

Pumpkin Ravioli
This is good only for people who have a few extra hours on their hands to make something that ultimately tastes... interesting... but not really all that good. Like a lot of things in life, I appreciated the experience, but I'll never do it again.
