Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
I was super excited to make these but I was a little disappointed with the final result. I followed the recipe exactly. My brownies came out a little cakey not moist like most brownies. I also think that they could use more butterscotch. I didn't think that the butterscotch flavor came through that much. They were definitely yummy but I'm not sure I would make them again. If I do I'll add in more butterscotch chips with the chocolate chips and take them out of the oven a little gooey and let them "harden up" in the pan.

Chocolate Banana Muffins
These muffins were absolutely delicious! I made half the recipe (I only had 1 banana) and I am definitely regretting it because now they are all gone! I did lower the dose of baking soda as suggested previously. I baked mine for 15 min and let them cool in the pan then on a wire rack. The combo of choc. chips, walnuts and banana was perfect. I will DEFINITELY be making these again!

Peach Cobbler III
This is wonderful! It is more "doughy" than the standard cup of everything + stick of butter recipe. In my opinion it is better. I cut back the water to 1 cup. I have also made this recipe using blackberries instead of peaches. I think that it would work well with other fruits too (apples, blueberries.) Definitely a keeper!
