This is good and it is moist. But, I think that you need to mix the ingredients more than "just until moistened". The flour did not get mixed up enough and I see clumps of flour in my finished bread. I might make it again, but I think I'll try a different recipe. Thank you.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

This is a very easy dessert to make so you can put it in before you eat dinner. But with the price of berries so high, I guess I would've rather have had berry pie.

After-Christmas Turkey Potpie

This is ok. We weren't too wild about it so I doubt that I'll make it again. The pot pie seems to be kind of dry. And I even used a can of creamy chicken soup which was not in the recipe. I did not eat it after the first day. I would have had to make turkey gravy to add on top since it was so dry.

Baked Beef Stew

This recipe is easy to let cook on a Saturday. I probably will make it again. I used some extra spices - garlic, sage and rosemary. That's only because I have them in my garden. I did not have any bouillon so I just used the extra broth from cooking the meat and it worked well. Makes a nice home-cooked meal.

Nut Rolls

This is the 2nd year I have made these and I kept wondering what I did wrong this year. I made 2 batches and almost every nut roll split. I looked on the internet and I think this recipe uses too much yeast. These nut rolls taste delicious, but I'm only giving this 4 stars because they split. Next year, I will only use 2 packets of yeast. According to the recipe, it says 1 oz of yeast - a packet is 1/4 oz so I used 4. Hopefully, 2 packets will work better.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

I did not like this and I will be removing it from my recipe box. I gave it 3 stars because my husband thought it was ok. Too strong of flavors - I guess I don't like soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce very much.

Pumpkin Roll II

This is a very good pumpkin roll recipe. I didn't change a thing except I did not have nuts, so the first one I made was without nuts. I definitely prefer the nuts added. I went to the store and bought nuts and made 3 more. I love pumpkin rolls and I will definitely use this recipe.

Best Lasagna

I had zucchini to use so I tried this recipe. I used the bottom layer with lasagna noodles that don't need to be boiled. The rest of the layers I used zucchini. I left out the Italian seasoning because I didn't have any. The fresh basil smells wonderful while it's baking. I will make this again.

Zucchini Relish

This is a tasty recipe as a side dish. You really do need to use the fresh basil because raw zucchini doesn't have a great taste. I have fresh basil in my garden and this recipe is unusual and good. I don't think I would try to use it at a picnic, though, because it's just too different.

Best Lemonade Ever

Excellent. It's a little hard to get all the seeds out and keep some of the pulp, but it is fun to do. This lemonade tastes great on a sunny Summer afternoon. Thanks for the recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

I did not like these at all. In fact, I wasted a whole bag of miniature reeses cups which is disappointing. The brownie part is too chewy and the top gets quite hard. I won't make them again.

Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce

Excellent. The flavor of this sauce is very good. The only thing I will do the next time, though, is to reduce the pepper. I like spicy recipes, but my husband does not. So I need to make it a little less spicy. I made ravioli and used this for the sauce. Very tasty and fairly easy to make.

Excellent - I made this for an office party. Everyone wanted the recipe. I did let it cook in my oven longer than was on the recipe, though. That's just the way I like it.

Orange Glazed Carrots

Bob's Stuffed Banana Peppers

This is an excellent recipe! Someone from work gave me a whole bag of banana peppers, so I tried this recipe. My whole family loves it. I have them frozen and I have put them in the crock pot. They turn out just as good. Thanks Lisa for the recipe.
