I am a mom with 2 girls that are very involed in soccer. So cooking and baking are not on my top things to do, however when I do have time I do it. I am known for turning on the oven at anytime of night and baking up some cookies..Did I mention I love cookies......

Scottish Shortbread II
These were very tasty. The only thing I did do was added 1 Tablespoon of vanilla. However I used a round dish and it came out think, so next time I would will use a 9X13 pan and it will be much thinner....

Sweet 'n' Hot Glazed Salmon
My boyfriend made this for dinner one night and all I said was "so you going to make this tomorrow night too?", This is an outstanding recipe.
